Registration
If we are unable to fulfill your registration request, we will promptly provide a list of alternative class dates and/or classroom locations for your consideration.

Confirmation
Remember to send a copy of your purchase order or check in order for your registration to be completed and your confirmation to be sent.

Travel and Accommodations
Your tuition covers only the cost of the training course for which you register. You are responsible for making all your own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations necessary to attend the training program.

Cancellation
To cancel your registration for a class and receive a full tuition refund, fax written notification to the attention of the Optiant Center for Supply Chain Excellence at 781-238-8887, or send e-mail notification to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it as soon as possible but no fewer than fifteen (15) business days prior to the first start date of the class(es) you are canceling. Confirmed registrations that are canceled within fifteen (15) business days of a scheduled class start date will be subject to the full tuition charge.

Prerequisites
It is the responsibility of the person completing and submitting the Enrollment Registration form to review the descriptions for each elected course(s) and to ensure that the registering student has fulfilled the specified prerequisites prior to registering for class(es). Tuition refunds will not be given based on a student's failure to complete the specified prerequisites.

Additionally, all participants must sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Optiant directly, or be bound as a customer employee to our contractual confidentiality provisions.

Optiant's Right to Cancel
Optiant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. If this becomes necessary, we will notify you at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of your class and refund your tuition payment or, at your discretion, apply it toward the tuition costs of another Optiant training class. Optiant shall not be liable for nonrefundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled.
